We’ve never had to fall back on these policies. But they’re still good to have in place.
 

Non-Refundable Deposit
This is the deposit that reserves your place in line. We’re typically booked 2 weeks to 2 months out. So if you decide that you want to use us as your web designer, get in line as soon as you can. If you have made a deposit for your web design and soon after ask for a refund, we will return your money only if we haven’t already started working on your website. If you have some sort of tragic circumstance, we will also take that into consideration. But basically, we don’t spend the 10 to 20 hours of prep work just to have you balk. If you want a refund on the deposit just because you’ve changed your mind, then we probably won’t return your money if we have already spent a considerable amount of time working on your new website. If we haven’t done any work on your site, you will get a full refund.

 

Returns
Website design is a service, not a pair of shoes. So once we have completely built your web site and you have paid us for it, you can’t return it. If for some reason the site is completely buggy and malfunctioning and we can’t figure out how to fix it, then yes, you can have a return. But if the features of your site are functioning just as it should, then you will not be issued a return.

 

The reason we very rarely have returns is because you are involved throughout the web design process. You will constantly be giving your insight and approval to design and copy. By the time we’re finished, it won’t be any surprise as to what your website looks like.

 

Shipping
We don’t physically ship you anything. We email you all of your final graphics. Your actual website will be directly uploaded from my computer and onto the internet.
