Choosing The Quick Brown Fox for Your Web Designer
Because we have a background in both business writing and web development, we make sure that your site's content (wording) is rich with information about your industry, product, or service. Nowadays, your website can't just sell stuff, it needs to explain stuff. And by the time we are finished, your website will completely explain who you are and what you do.
Our Web Design Process
The Quick Brown Fox Team creates unique web layouts, buttons, banners, marketing graphics, and text for every customer. We work with you throughout the entire development process and make sure that you're well satisfied with the final outcome. By the time your site is finished, the information and graphics will reflect your business's vision.
When your web site is finished, it will be complete with pages that you can edit, a shopping cart that you can modify, and a merchant account that you can use to charge customer's credit cards. You will have your own domain name (website address.) You'll have your own custom email address. And because we build your site in a programming language called PHP, you won't need any special computer skills or software programs to maintain your own site.
The Quick Brown Fox's Websites
Besides making sure that the words on your website are precise, we also build websites with technical specs laid out by Google. We design websites with text links (instead of picture links.) We submit your sitemap to Google's webtools so that Google knows the exact hierarchy of your website. We'll create three or four information-rich pages that will provide the type of content Google relishes. Anywhere possible we'll use text instead of pictures (of course your site will still have images. Every site needs great pictures.) All of your photo title tags and alt tags will be descriptive and accurate. Then we'll run a link checker on your site to make sure that everything is linked correctly. Even though we'll make your shopping cart from the web design language PHP, which is a dynamic script coding language, your sitemap that we submit to Google will explain exactly how and what pages should be indexed. The Quick Brown Fox uses PHP because it allows for an easy-to-use control panel. You will use this control panel to change your shopping cart, website images, service and product prices, and text as easily as if your site was a Microsoft Word document.
